The TenX Virtual Visa Card is simply a digital version of a physical TenX Visa Card. You won't need to wait for the card to be shipped, and it can be used almost immediately after being ordered.
Who can order a virtual card? New customers from Germany and Austria, and from eligible countries within APAC can order both the virtual card and the physical card. Kindly be advised that the card details will not be the same (different card numbers and CVV).
How much is it to order a virtual card? For users residing in EU card-live countries, each TenX Visa Virtual Card costs EU$5. For users residing in APAC card-live countries, each TenX Visa Virtual Card costs US$5.
Will I be able to add my virtual card to Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay? The virtual card cannot be used for NFC payments at the moment, but we're working on bringing more functionalities in the future.
Can I change my virtual card number if I wish to? Just like the physical card, you will have to cancel your current virtual card and pay for a new virtual card.
Can a virtual card be locked? Do the same advanced security options as the physical card apply? Yes, the virtual card has all the same functionalities of the physical card, except it cannot be used for chip and PIN transactions.
Can I have a virtual card if I already have a physical card? Yes. At the moment, you can have 1 TenX Visa Card (physical card) and 1 TenX Virtual Visa Card linked into your TenX Wallet.
