TenX Visa Card (plastic card)
For users residing in EU card-live countries, each TenX Visa Card (plastic card) costs EU$15.
For users residing in APAC card-live countries, each TenX Visa Card (plastic card) costs US$15.
The fee can be paid in BTC, ETH, or LTC and will be deducted directly from your TenX Wallet of choice.
If you already have a pre-order, the one-time management fee will not be charged again.
TenX Visa Virtual Card
For users residing in EU card-live countries, each TenX Visa Virtual Card costs EU$5.
For users residing in APAC card-live countries, each TenX Visa Virtual Card costs US$5.
The payment can be made in BTC, ETH, or LTC and will be deducted directly from your TenX Wallet of choice. For more information about the TenX Virtual Visa Card, kindly refer to this page.
Upon activation, there is no fee for using your TenX Visa Card in the first year.
Subsequent annual fee
After the first year, the subsequent annual fee is only US$10. This will be waived if you spend US$1,000 or more during the year.
International shipping fee
TenX does not charge shipping fees when ordering your TenX Visa Card.
Foreign exchange fees
TenX does not charge any forex fees for your transactions.
TenX charges no deposit fees.
Currently, we do not charge any fee when transferring funds between virtual currency wallets. However, please note that Withdrawal/Send fees are subject to change in the future, based on current market transfer rates. This fee will be displayed on the Send window's confirmation screen.
Transfers to other TenX Wallet users will not incur these fees.
For cards issued in APAC countries, there is a fixed fee of US$3.25 per withdrawal. For cards issued in EU countries, there is a fixed fee of EU$3.00 per withdrawal. However, please note that the bank that owns the ATM might charge additional fees.
In-app exchange rates
TenX applies a cryptocurrency-to-fiat exchange rate based on 2 factors:
- Our engine queries a number of exchanges and bases the rate on the mid-market rate from these exchanges at the time of the transaction.
- We also charge a small spread on the exchange rate to cover operational costs.
