TenX Cards are available in my country
At the moment, TenX services are available to eligible customers within Asia Pacific. If you are a traveler from a country where we've already launched the card, you can update/change your shipping address by performing account verification (KYC) on your account to confirm your identity and address details.
Once your KYC has been approved you will be able to finalize your order with the updated details.
If your KYC has been approved and would like to update/change your address, you can do so by tapping on the "Card" tab and follow the on-screen instructions. In the card order confirmation screen, tap on "EDIT MY INFO" to update/change your shipping address. Note: Doing this will require you to re-do the account verification (KYC) process.
TenX cards aren't yet available in my country
Shortly before cards become available in your country, you will receive both an in-app notification and an email requesting you to update/confirm your shipping and residential information.
You will then have the opportunity to update your details at this point via the app.
