This error usually happens when the time on your device is not automatically synced. This can cause your OTPs to fail.
If you use Google Authenticator, kindly follow the steps below:
For Android devices:
- Launch your Google Authenticator app
- Tap on the main menu button (3 dots) on the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Select Time correction for codes
- Select Sync now
- Try to log in to your TenX account once more
For iOS devices:
- Go to the iPhone Settings
- Select General
- Select Date & Time
- Enable Set Automatically
- If it's already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable
- Try to log in to your TenX account once more
For other authenticator apps, please ensure that the time and date settings on your device is correct and are set automatically. You can check this on your device's settings.
If the issue still persists, we will probably need to reset the 2FA on your account.
