If you've lost or misplaced your TenX Card, you can:
A. Lock your TenX Card
B. Cancel your TenX Card
A. Lock your TenX Card
Locking your TenX Card means you'll temporarily disable the card from making transactions. You can still reactivate it in case the card was simply misplaced and then found.
To do so, kindly follow these steps:

4. You'll see a note that your TenX Card has been locked |
B. Cancel your TenX Card
Canceling your card means permanently disabling your card.
WARNING: This action is irreversible. Once your card is canceled, we can no longer reactivate it. Hence, this option is only recommended if your card was stolen, can no longer be found, or you want to stop using it.
Once your TenX Card is canceled, you'll be able to order a new TenX Card by tapping on the "Card" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
To cancel your TenX Card, kindly follow these steps:

4. Select the cancellation reason |

5. Confirm the cancellation of your TenX Card |
Alternatively, you can report the loss of your card by submitting a support ticket with your registered email address with the request to cancel your card, this will allow you to order a new card if needed.
