Under Account, tap on your phone number. |
Replace the existing phone number with your new number. Please ensure that the country code is correct. Tap on "Send Code". Once you tap on "Send Code", your phone number will be changed. However, no notification SMS will be sent to this number until it is verified. A verified phone number is a must to complete identity verification. |

An SMS will be sent to your device, containing a 6 digit SMS code. This is NOT a login code or 2FA OTP, it can only be used for verifying that your new phone number is reachable. This code expires in 30 minutes. |
Enter the 6 digit code you received from the SMS to verify your phone number. This will tell us that you are reachable via SMS through this number. I do not receive the verification SMS Please tap on "Resend OTP" after the "You can resend the code in..." timer counts down to 0. This will send a new code via SMS. If this problem persists, please submit a support ticket. |
