You will only be able to freely change your country of origin and residence, if:
- your account has not been verified
- you have not submitted any documents for account verification
If you do not see an option to change your country of residence in the settings menu, please refer to Account Verification.

If you have not yet submitted documents for review, you will be able to see the "Country of residence" section under Account. Tap on it to make changes to your country of residence and citizenship. If you can't see a "Country of residence" section, it means you have already submitted documents for account verification, or have an account that's verified. Changing your country of residence after account verification would require you to re-verify your identity. If you have an active TenX Card, it will still continue to work. |

To change either section, tap on it, to bring up a country selection dropdown menu. Scroll to the desired country, and tap it to select it. |

Do so by checking the boxes beside these statements. The "CHANGE COUNTRY" button will then be activated once you have agreed to all 3 declarations (all 3 checkboxes). |

After tapping on the "CHANGE COUNTRY" button, tap on "Confirm" to save your new countries of residence and citizenship. |

This screen confirms that your new country of residence and citizenship have been saved. Your country of residence and citizenship will need to be re-confirmed during Account Verification. |
