The proof of residency can be any one of the following:
We accept documents that are indicative of an ongoing relationship between the sender of the correspondence and the customer (for example, recurring monthly invoices). However, whether a document is acceptable under these criteria will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the agent performing verification.
For your proof of residency to be valid, it must also fulfill these requirements:

If you’re sure your residency document meets all the requirements yet was rejected, it could be due to one of these common errors, where the document:
- Is actually older than 3 months
- Has no date stamp
- Is not a supported document
- Is missing the company logo
- Shows an address that is different from what you have entered into the TenX app (it needs to be the same)
My proof of residency does not show my current residential address
If your document does not show your current address, please update your address with your bank or utility provider - and then obtain another document with the correct details.
If your account is not verified yet, it cannot be verified until the residential address on your proof of residency matches your submission.
I do not have any of the above documents under my name and am unable to obtain one
