Declaring false information at any point will result in your account failing verification during review. If you have any queries about the information you should provide, please ask us in a support ticket. Before verifying your account, please prepare the following:

1. Confirming your mobile number and country settings
|
|
If you haven't yet set, or need to change your mobile number, you can do this by tapping the mobile number field at the top of the window under Contact details (1).
If your country settings aren't yet set or need to change your residence and citizenship countries, you can edit these under the Residence (2) and Citizenship (3) sections. |

2a. Submitting your personal details - Residence
|

Tapping "Residence info" will bring you to this screen. Enter your information and ensure it is as accurate as possible. Entering incorrect details that do not match your proof of address document will result in your KYC submission being rejected. |
Tap the "Add photo" square to add a photo of your proof of address document. This can be taken with your camera, or you can choose to upload a photo from your phone. See here for accepted document types. Tap "DONE" at the top right of the window once all sections are complete. |

2b. Submitting your personal details - Citizenship
|
|
Tapping "Citizenship info" will bring you to this screen. This section will already be pre-filled with the data you entered when you first signed up for a TenX wallet account. You may optionally make changes to your personal data here. Please ensure they are correct or your submission will be rejected. |

Depending on your country settings, you will be able to choose the ID document type you will be providing. Note that some countries will only be able to provide an International Passport. After selecting the ID type, tap "Add photo" to take a picture of your Identity Document. This image must be capture with a live photograph and cannot be uploaded. |

Scroll down to the selfie section and provide a selfie image. Ensure that:
Tap "DONE" at the top right of the window once all sections are complete. |
3. Completing submission
|

Once all sections are complete, the "Submit" button will be enabled. Tap this to confirm your Account Verification submission. |

Once you've successfully submitted your account verification. You will see a "Reviewing account info" banner on the top left corner of your TenX app's home screen. |
My account verification failedYour attempt to verify may be rejected based on one or more of the reasons here. |

If your submission is rejected, you will be emailed/notified and see a banner that says "Verification unsuccessful" on the top right after opening the app. |
|
When you attempt to resubmit, you will be provided with a screen that will tell you what you need to change in order to be successful in your next submission. Tap on "Check particulars" to continue. |
|
Items that you need to update will be highlighted with a red exclamation mark and red text. The information in these sections needs to be checked and resubmitted. |
Once you have corrected your details, tap on "Re-submit" and your details will be resubmitted. |
