If you are logged in, tap on the profile icon on your home screen. This will open your TenX account Settings screen. Tap on the "Change password" button under Security.

This process requires you to enter your app's password once. If you have forgotten your password at this point - even when you are logged into your account - see "I forgot my password"; the same recovery via email can be done from the "forgot password" link. Otherwise, enter your current password, and proceed. Important Note: For your account security, your password must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number. |

Your password is now changed. You will remain logged in, but when you log out and log in again, you will need to use your new password. |

When logging in, enter your email address, then tap on "NEXT" |
Tap on the "Set a new password" link below the password entry field. |

Tap "Confirm" on the confirmation screen. |

This screen tells you that your reset email has been sent. Check your email inbox for the reset email. This should arrive within 5 minutes - contact support if you do not receive one. |

The reset email looks something like this. Tap on the link in the email to be taken to the password reset page. This reset link is valid for approximately 1 hour after the email is sent to you. |

The password reset page looks like this - at this point, you can enter your new password and tap "CONFIRM". If you are instead taken to a blank page OR a message stating that the webapp is not available anymore, try opening the link in the email again. If you are still not seeing this page, please contact support, and attach a screenshot of what you see. Important Note: For your account security, your password must contain at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number. |

Please contact TenX support to get your email address. Attach to the ticket: - Full name on your account - The phone number registered on your account Once the information has been verified, your registered email will then be revealed to you in a ticket reply. Once you have your email, proceed with password recovery: see the "I forgot my password, but I remember my account email" section. Your password is hidden even to TenX Support, so you will not be told directly what your password is - please use the password reset procedures once you have your account email handy. |
