We have recently changed our login method to a more traditional email address, password and 2-factor authentication (2FA) implementation.
Existing account users using the previous method on the mobile app, that have not transitioned yet, will be prompted to set up their password and 2FA.
Once complete, the user can only log in using a combination of their email, password and 2FA. The old method will not work anymore, and will generate a message that looks like the following:
The new login method is only available on the mobile apps (Android and iOS), and further development will center around the mobile apps, and this new login method.
