In the course of attempting to perform a transaction or withdraw from an ATM, you may incorrectly enter your PIN by accident.
If this happens 3 times in a row, your card will be automatically locked, disallowing you from performing further chip-and-PIN transactions.
This is a PIN lock, not the card lock from the app side - you would not be able to unlock it manually, nor will TenX support be able to unlock it for you.
To re-enable your card PIN, either:
- Wait 24 hours from the time your PIN is locked, whereupon the lock will be reset by the payment network,
- Visit an ATM with "PIN services", where you can reset the lock status of your PIN.
