The TenX Wallet works like any other cryptocurrency wallet and uses the same methods when transferring funds. The following example uses BTC as an example, but the process is practically the same for our other implemented currencies (ETH and LTC). |

Sending Funds |
Sending FundsImportant note: Withdrawals made through the TenX Wallet app from now until 31 Mar 2021 will not incur any fees. However, as part of reorganizing our services, effective from 1st April 2021 onwards, withdrawal fees will apply to your withdrawal transactions. More information can be found here. If you have balances remaining in your TenX Wallet, we highly recommend you to withdraw them as soon as possible. Effective from 1st April 2021 onwards, there's a US$7.50 per month storage fee for every cryptocurrency wallet with a positive balance. |

Tap on the "Send" button. |
Select a wallet as your source of funds by tapping on the downward arrow button - this will display all your active wallets. For this example, the BTC wallet was selected. |

Input the amount you wish to send and tap on "Continue". Note: Tapping the "MAX" button will display the full balance of your chosen wallet. You can tap on the switch button to switch your inputs to the fiat amount OR crypto amount.

Alternatively, you can paste the address directly into the "Receiver wallet address" field. Manually typing the address is not recommended. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved. |

Tap on the "Next" button. | |

This is the final confirmation screen. Ensure that the amount and the destination wallet address are correct and press the "Next" button. If the "Next" button does not work here:

Once sent, you will see this confirmation screen. The transaction will also show up on your list of transactions on the Activity tab, as a "Sent" transaction. |
Sent transactions that have succeeded show up as "Confirmed"Once transactions are confirmed, they are out of the jurisdiction of TenX and can only be affected by the target wallet. Please ensure that the destination you send to is your intended destination, as once a transaction is confirmed, the destination wallet gains control of the funds. If the Sent transaction shows up as "Error"The transaction has failed to send, and no funds were transferred or deducted.
