The inability to input special characters stems from a known system limitation of our card issuer's KYC system. If your name or address details contain accented letters, just enter the regular letter equivalents. (e.g. ÅÉÎÕÜ -> AEIOU) The KYC systems will take this system limitation into account when your KYC compliance verification is performed.
