1. Login to the TenX app
2. Select the 'Card' button on the 'Card' screen
3. Follow the on screen prompts to lock your card
Please report the loss of your card by submitting a support ticket from the email address linked to your account with the request to deactivate the card, this will allow you to order a new card if needed.
Once your existing card has been deactivated, you may order a new card by following the instructions here.
