At the moment, we are unable to track shipments as cards are sent untracked from Europe, via normal post.
Once your card order status shows "Shipped" on your TenX app, it means your TenX Visa Card is on its way. Please take note of the estimated delivery periods:

Also, note that the card order status only changes from "Shipped" to "Delivered" once you activate your TenX Visa Card. For this reason, we recommend regularly checking your mailbox.
If your card order shows "Shipped" status but still hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery periods, please submit a support ticket so we can assist further.
Important note: For the card order replacement process, we will need to cancel and refund your recent card order. Card order payments are always made in US$15 and will be refunded as such. This will appear in your TenX Wallet as an equivalent amount of crypto based off the currency you originally ordered with. Afterward, you will be able to place a new card order.
